Javier Rivera

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

For more than 25 years, Mr. Rivera has successfully led Business Computer POS, one of the leading electronic register and system automation companies in Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Caribbean, and the United States. Microsoft has recognized its trajectory and performance in the retail industry for more than five consecutive years. His business vision led him to establish Dynamics Payments in 2012, which has become one of the leading electronic transaction processing companies in the Caribbean.

Frank J. López, Esq.

Chief Global Strategy and Co-Founder

Frank was the lead market developer for Global Payments in Puerto Rico. Frank received the US-Nationwide top sales award for eight consecutive quarters at Global. Frank also spearheaded the development of other markets in the Caribbean. In 2012 alongside Javier, Frank Co-founded Dynamics Payments, focusing on aligning operational objectives with long-term corporate strategy.

Eihab Khanfer

Chief Operations Officer

Eihab brings over 20 years of experience and leadership in the telecommunication and bank card industry. He joined Sage Software in 2007 and has led various divisions, including Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Operations, focusing on Sage’s payment platforms. In 2017 Eihab joined VISA as the head of Commercial Platform and Business Solutions, Americas (US, Canada, and LAC), working closely with large issuers and processors to implement and improve current Payment Solutions.

Alisa Roussel

Finance Director

Alisa has over two decades of experience in the information technology, electronic payment processing, engineering, services, and consumer goods distribution industries. As a Certified Public Accountant with extensive accounting and financial management experience, she provides insightful analysis and strategic direction for the company. Alisa has a proven track record in leading teams, developing strategies, and driving growth.

Alex Menda

EVP Business Development 

Alex Menda is a successful entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in retail and real estate. He joined Dynamics Payments as a partner in 2015 and currently leads business development, focusing on strategic client sales and overseeing a portfolio of large-scale accounts. His expertise and entrepreneurial spirit have been instrumental in driving growth for the company.

Félix L. Agosto

Marketing Director

Félix L Agosto is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the field. As an expert in brand development and integrated communication strategies, he strives to develop effective branding solutions that will bring value to the customer. Félix’s expertise lies in his deep understanding of how brand marketing can create positive change for organizations. He’s passionate about creating plans that enlist creative tactics to increase visibility and build lasting relationships.

Jessica M. Camacho

Director, Human Resources

Bringing over ten years of experience in Human Resources Management, Mrs. Camacho has been directing and supervising human capital in organizations with over 4,000 employees. Her vast knowledge and expertise in the field have made her an invaluable member of many teams. She has an innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life, making her an extremely effective leader and problem solver. She is always looking for new ways to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.

Rafael Arrillaga, Esq.

General Counsel and Compliance Officer

As an attorney, he has ample experience in corporate, banking, and securities laws and commercial and employment law litigation. He has worked in several of the largest law firms in Puerto Rico, and he has also served as a senior advisor on fiscal matters and the economy of several governmental entities. In 1997, he graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and in 2000 with a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law. He is also an ACAMS Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

Vice President, Operations

For over seven years, Francisco has led high-performance organizations and departments managing information technology projects, stakeholders, and personnel. Francisco understands the need to exceed customers’ expectations.

Romona Morgan

Underwriting Manager

Romona is an experienced underwriter with risk analysis and payment processes. With over 20 years of experience, Romona delivers her expertise developed from; the credit review process, risk management, electronic payments, account management, sales, and operations. Driven by her passion and knowledge, Romona takes pride in providing the best leadership skills and customer service possible.

Laura E. Piña

Director, Customer Success

Laura has over 20 years of experience managing different areas such as sales, customer service, and advertising. As a Customer Success Manager, Laura strives to ensure customers have the best possible experience by providing support and guidance. With this wealth of knowledge, she can share her skillset with a diverse team of customer support specialists. With her blend of leadership and vision, Laura has successfully served and managed personnel onsite and in remote settings, including multi-country locations.

Rhiannon Leonard

Manager of Training and Development

Rhiannon Leonard has been in a broad spectrum of roles within the Acquiring business, specializing in customer service & development, quality assurance, and complaint resolution for over 20 years. The vast majority of her experience comes from her 18 years at First Data/Fiserv as a Client Service Consultant assisting ISO (Independent Sales Office) in understanding and navigating the complexities of the Acquiring/FinTech industry.

Ricardo José Kercadó

Director, IT & DevOps

Ricardo José Kercadó is an IT professional with over two decades of experience in the banking, medical, and government industries. An engineer by trade that has successfully built specialized teams and their supporting ecosystem to execute demanding company projects and infrastructure challenges critical for success. As a result of his knowledge, Ricardo sought to work on large and small projects. Throughout his career, he has established a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional results due to his ability to meet any infrastructure challenge with confidence and skill.

Manager, Relationship Management

Gibrant Hernández is a Customer Relations professional with over 20 years of successful experience and a deep commitment to helping clients achieve their goals. His exemplary track record highlights various projects spanning various industries, from financial services to banking, further demonstrating his ability to connect individuals and build bridges with diverse groups. Gibrant’s extensive customer relations and strategic analysis knowledge and finely honed interpersonal skills make him an invaluable asset to our organization.

Juan Collazo

IT Manager for ITS Systems Integrators Co

Juan Collazo is a highly experienced IT professional with over twenty-five years of technical managerial and project development experience in the Payment Card Industry. His well-honed skills encompass infrastructure management, software architecture, governance operations, and business processes that ensure successful system integrations. Works with top management to implement new technologies and Industry requirements and provides Electronic Banking solutions to Clients such as banks and credit unions for Debit Cards Issuance needs. He is also responsible for IT Operations, including ATM & POS EFT Processing, while managing all Payment Card Industry PCI Audit Technical items.
