Chip Card Sale

1. Terminal “wakes up” & changes from POS Online
2. Insert Chip Card
3. Press OK to confirm Sale Amount
4. Input TIP AMOUNT if prompted and press OK
   • Terminal communicates with the Host
   • Sign on Screen if applicable
   • Receipts Print

Swiped Or Manual Card Sale

1. Terminal “wakes up” & changes from POS Online
2. Swipe OR Manually Enter Card #
3. Press OK to confirm Sale Amount
4. Input TIP AMOUNT if prompted and press OK
   • If AVS prompts, input AVS information
   • Terminal communicates with the Host
   • Sign on Screen if applicable
   • Receipts Print

Debit Sale

1. Terminal “wakes up” & changes from POS Online
2. Insert Chip Card
3. When prompted tap “YES”
4. Input PIN # on PIN Pad and press OK
5. Press OK to confirm Sale Amount
6. Input TIP AMOUNT if prompted and press OK
   • Terminal communicates with the Host
   • Sign on Screen if applicable
   • Receipts Print

Void Transaction

1. Terminal “wakes up” & changes from POS Online
2. If prompted input Manager Password (1234 default)
   • Receipts Print

Return Transaction

1. Terminal “wakes up” & changes from POS Online
2. If prompted input Manager Password (1234 default)
3. Insert Chip Card
4. Press OK to confirm Return Amount
   • When applicable input PIN and press OK
   • Terminal communicates with the Host
   • Sign on Screen if applicable
   • Receipts Print

Settle The Open Batch

1. From the POS ONLINE Screen tap the Favorites icons on the display:
2. Tap CORE SETTLE DAILY BATCH
3. If prompted input Manager Password (1234 default)
   • Terminal communicates with the Host
   • Settle Report Prints
