Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
For more than 20 years Mr. Rivera has successfully led Business Computer POS, one of the leading electronic register and system automation companies in Puerto Rico, Mexico, the Caribbean and the United States. For more than 5 consecutive years, Microsoft has recognized the trajectory and performance in the retail industry. His business vision led him to establish Dynamics Payments in 2012, which has become one of the main electronic transaction processing companies in the Caribbean.
Frank J. López, Esq.
Chief Global Strategy Officer and Co-Founder
Frank was the lead market developer for Global Payments in Puerto Rico. During his tenure at Global, Frank received the US-Nationwide top sales award for 8 consecutive quarters. Frank also spearheaded the development of other markets in the Caribbean. In 2012 alongside with Javier, Frank Co-founded Dynamics Payments where he focuses on aligning operational objectives with long term corporate strategy.
Chief Operations Officer
Eihab brings more than 17 years of experience and leadership in the telecommunication and bankcard industry. He joined Sage Software in 2007, and has led various divisions, including Customer Service, Relationship Management, and Operations with a focus on Sage’s payment platforms. In 2017 Eihab joined VISA as the head of Commercial Platform and Business Solutions, Americas (US, Canada and LAC), working closely with large issuers and processors to implement and improve current Payment Solutions.
Aaron Rich has been working in the industry over 15 years, serving both, the Latin America and the United States markets. He has held positions in Product Development, Credit Underwriting, Strategic Partnerships, and Back End Operations. Aaron has played critical roles in the launch and success of start-up ISOs.

For more than 7 years Francisco has led high performance organizations and departments managing information technology projects, stakeholders and personnel. Francisco understands the need for exceeding customer’s expectations.
Alisa is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive accounting and financial management experience. With more than 20 years of experience in the information technology, electronic payment processing, , engineering, services and consumer goods distribution industries.
Human Resources Director
Brings over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Mrs. Camacho has been directing and supervising human capital in organizations with over 4,000 employees.
USVI Jamaica Territory Manager
Mr. Barry spent the past fifteen years working with Caribbean regional and North American businesses seeking to expand their presence in the Caribbean Basin. He has served organizations in the areas of financial services, healthcare and energy and has worked with start-up, early stage and mature businesses.Currently, Mr. Barry has focused his energies in the expansion of Dynamics Payments into the English speaking Caribbean
Corporate Sales Director (LAC)
Founding partner of Agilisa Technologies, he is an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of work experience, including 15 years developing and implementing technological solutions for financial institutions. He actively participated in the first implementation of Visa Electron (later Visa Debit) in the Dominican Republic, as well as in the selection and implementation of the first Postilion switch in the country. In addition, he participated in the establishment of the first online ATM network and the first e-commerce portal with online payments.

Javier Sanchez is an computer engineer with over 25 years of work experience. Javier started his career experience developing banking applications for Bancredito in the Dominican Republic. He met Raul, co-founder, working in ElPunto, a pioneer in electronic commerce
General Manager Agilisa
With more than 25 years of experience in the world of retail and wholesale; Alonso has developed the Business Computer POS market and operations in the Dominican Republic, making it a reference company in the POS and systems implementation sector. Likewise, he has participated and managed multiple projects both locally and in the Caribbean area.
Francisco J. Rodríguez
VP Regional Business Development
As sales executive, he brings over 15 years of international business development and managing director experience in sales, management and corporate experience, as well as building business relationships and selling. He has worked in several multinationals in the payment, money transfer and technology industry. His passion is connecting and helping people at all levels and assisting customers / clients with business development, innovation, customer service and revenue grow.
Rafael Arrillaga, Esq.
General Counsel and Compliance Officer
As an attorney has ample experience in corporate, banking and securities laws, as well as commercial and employment law litigation. He has worked in several of the largest law firms in Puerto Rico, and he has also served as senior advisor on fiscal matters and economy to several governmental entities. In 1997, he graduated with a B.A. in both Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and in 2000 with a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law. He is also an ACAMS’ Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
